Delete your account
You can delete your Equilibrium Climbing Station account at any time, from the app or from this page. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the Equilibrium app
- Open the app and go to the Pass tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, under Danger zone, and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away.
On this page
Sign in with the mobile number on your account. We send you a one-time code.
, deleting your account removes your personal details and ends any active membership or passes. This cannot be undone.
What happens to your data
- Deleted: your name, mobile number, email, address, emergency contact, photo, BetaBreaker's points and all signed-in sessions.
- Ended: active memberships, class packs and passes. Unused sessions are not refunded.
- Kept, without your personal details: invoices and payment records, which Indian tax law requires us to keep, and past check-ins and logged climbs, which remain only as anonymous statistics. Your signed waiver is kept as a safety and legal record.
- Removed from the spray wall: comments you posted. Problems you set stay on the wall, shown as set by a deleted member.
If you sign up again later with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
